The twenty first Annual General Meeting of Spread Eagle Sailing Club Limited will take place at the Horse & Groom, Merrow, Guildford GU1 2RG at 7pm on Tuesday 28th June 2022.
The purpose of the meeting will be to
1. Approve the accounts for the period 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2021
2. Election of Officers and Directors
In accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association, the Officers and at least two directors must resign at every Annual General Meeting.
The following are proposed as the Officers of the Club until the Annual General Meeting in 2021
Commodore – Andrew Morrill
Rear Commodore – Glenn Stevens
Honorary Secretary – David Hertzell
Honorary Treasurer – David Smithson
Director – Vernon Bush
The following directors resign and offer themselves for re-election.
