This is a good opportunity for members to meet the Officers and Committee members, although it is a very brief and formal meeting. The twenty fifth Annual General Meeting of Spread Eagle Sailing Club Limited will take place at the Horse & Groom, Merrow, Guildford GU1 2RG at 7pm on Tuesday 21st April 2026.
The purpose of the meeting will be to
1. Approve the accounts for the period 1st January 2025 to 31st December 2025
2. Election of Officers and Directors
In accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association, the Officers and at least two directors must resign at every Annual General Meeting.
The following are proposed as the Officers of the Club until the Annual General Meeting in 2027
