DAVID HERTZELL

Club Secretary

David is an ex-windsurfer, dinghy sailor and newish club skipper. He has sailed with SESC for many years both within and beyond the Solent. He has some great memories of various voyages, some hazy memories of the evenings, but above all has met some great people. He has learned a fantastic amount over the years from sailors whose knowledge and experience he admires.  As Club Secretary he coordinates and circulates the committee papers, keeps the minutes and most importantly selects the pub that we meet in.

VERNON BUSH

Commitee member

I’m pretty much the Bosun’s mate. Advising and problem solving on techical matters. To ensure boat is repaired and maintained to a good standard. There’s not a lot on or about the boat I haven’t had to find out about.

I’ve sailed with the club in it’s present and past form for just over 30 Years.

I’ve met quite a few of the club members over the years and hope to meet more of you in the future.
