With no pre-set agenda this sail could be intensive exercises or a leisurely Solent cruise.

The host skipper will organise the agenda to suit all on board – it might just be a sail to one of the delightful destinations such as Lymington / Yarmouth or Cowes, or if everyone prefers, it could be a chance to practice coming alongside pontoons, picking up a person overboard and general sail handling.

Events will start on the Friday evening usually at 5pm, although the host skipper will be in touch with all crew a week or two prior to the event with detailed joining instructions. The cost of this event is just £185 per person, this includes the cost of fuel.

Additional Information

In addition to this event, there could be other ‘short notice’ Club Events offered during the year which will be advised to members as and when they are arranged. If you would like a bespoke event organised for you or a group, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate this, including providing a skipper.

We are very keen to encourage new Skippers and existing Skippers to upgrade their tickets, so please do let us know if this is of interest to you. We can then organise preparation or testing events during the year.
